‘Human rights’ refers to the basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled, including right to quality of life, freedom of thought and expression, and equality in law.
While all of WWDA’s work is grounded in human rights, this section contains WWDA’s projects, publications and papers that relate directly to United Nations Conventions and Declarations. This includes the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).
